Since my adolescence, I have always shown a particular talent for sports activities of various kinds.

At the age of 18teen, winning the Italian Acrobatic Rock N' Roll Championship, and during the same year - 1981 - winning the Italian Championship of Karate Shotokan Style, a discipline that I attended successfully achieving the degree of black belt.

In 1992 I embraced the complex study and discipline of massage therapy starting with the ORTHO-BIONOJ massage technique. Then I continue my education achieving the REIKI 1st Level diploma and I continue with 3 years of study of Foot Reflexology with FIRP - Italian Federation of Foot Reflexology and then at the ZHONGYI European Academy, obtaining the ANMO Traditional Chinese Massage diploma.

Passionate about these studies related to massage therapy I continued with the achievement of the THAI Massage Diploma.

In 2004 a sudden positive change in my professional career brought me into contact with the immense world of fitness and I attended the ISSA - International Sport Science Association courses, obtaining the diploma of Personal Fitness Trainer CTF3 Level. Following ISSA's continued education programs I attend numerous master's such as Biomechanics, Treatment of cellulitis through training and nutrition, Muscle Tension, Body Composition Analysis, and Lymphatic Circulatory System.

In 2006 I started the study of the discipline of Pilates. This discipline receives my total interest and dedication. In 2009 the meeting with an Italian ballet dancer teacher in Milan changed my vision and philosophy of the development of the Pilates method. Through the To Be Pilates® School in Milan I obtain the teaching diploma of a new discipline, Cardiolates®, becoming one of the first teachers in Italy.

Cardiolates® was born and invented in the USA at Pilates On Fifth® in New York, an innovative training method that combines Pilates with effective aerobic and cardiovascular exercise. The step is short and at this marvelous Studio in New York, I met the Corp twins - Katherine & Kimberly - achieving during 2011 the Pilates Master Teacher diploma with Pilates Academy International®.

I bought the right to use the PAI® method and I opened a Pilates Studio in Italy that became the only Italian Satellite of Pilates Academy International. 

And life, as usual, is full of surprises! When I was a child I used to sing the song "Dear Mom give me 100 Lire whom in America I want to go" scattering her blame...telling me "You will never go there"…Then, 2014 arrived, and following my husband - my strong supporter - we moved to the USA, New York City where it all started from a childhood song.

A dream comes true. Our new town, our new Country. New city, new life, new challenges; I started warmly to learn English and to work with some studios. In one of these the fortunate encounter with the owner - Billy Macagnone - opened my vision to Gyrotonic®, a discipline of which I have become a Teacher 1st and 2nd levels.

When I though that this was my life, my everything...Florida with Naples rose like a dream...a city where we usually went for vacation and that I would have never imagined that one day it might have became my new home...In Naples, I met Gina Wyatt owners of GW Pilates, where I sat up my first Gyrotonic Pulling Tower. Three years later … another step with my solo Studio, a bigger space with more Reformers and Cadillac, a Gyrotonic® Tower, and a Jumping Stretch Board … new challenges...new friends … new goals … because life is a journey full of hope and happiness with good memories and no regrets...
